Damien had picked up the crate of wine and followed along after them. When he saw the gap he did not hesitate before throwing himself across.

Minimum 80 to jump
Damien: 173 Kjell: 144 Justine: 89 Konrad; 69
Damien tossed the crate into the air then caught it upon landing without breaking stride. Kjell similarly cleared it effortlessly. Justine Didn’t have an aesthetic landing but she managed to land, but Konrad slipped on the wet lumber and fell, barely grabbing hold of the dangling rope before plummeting into the sea. He sees two men in leather armor with axes and pistols under the deck and more farther down the way, preparing an ambush.
Strength check to help him up.

As soon as she recovered from her awkward landing, Justine watched Konrad slip off the ledge. She immediately got down and tried to help, though she was sure she wouldn’t have enough in her to pull him all the way back up. “Damien, Kjell, help!”

The pair manage to pull Konrad out but the time they took has slowed some ne’er do wells to knock out a portion of the ramp farther down. There’s a small walkway below them they’re using so it’s either jump again, try entering a building to get some shots off, or head to the repair walkway below and get ready for a scrap (that means fight K).

Konrad drew his sword, “I’ve had enough of this, I say we fight!”

Justine agreed and did likewise, adrenaline pumping in her system. She drew her sword with her right hand and the little dagger she used offhand and jumped down to confront the blackguards.

"I'll cover you," said Kjell, and went for the second hat shop aka haberdashery to get some shelter for the Snipening that was about to commence.

A pirate grinned and rushed at Justine as a sudden pop sound to their right boomed, and as he drew a pistol to engage he suddenly vanished over the railing, a red haze of gore all that’s left of him. The quartet hear a deafening clang as something metal bound bounced off the rock and smashed hundreds of small stone chips off the sides. The second pirate looked confused as hell.

The bang startled Justine just as much...but the blood splattering on her face made her grin devilishly and dive forward to shishkabob the other pirate. If it was on the big skewer or the little one, she didn’t really care.

Damien turned around and placed down his crate of wine. He pulled out a full bottle of wine. He examined the vintage and nodded. It was a shit year anyway. Then he walked down the street, and when he grew close enough lobbed the bottle at the pirate fat noggin. After throwing he immediately tried to hide in the shadows and look for any other threats.

Damien’s bottle hits a distant pirate and nearly makes the man fall. Justine and the other swashbuckler come to blades as Kjell rushes into the haber...hat shop. She unslung her long gun and then noticed two men and a woman playing cards. They look at her and then each other, then back to her.
Justine: 162/157/149 bonus 166
Justine eviscerated the lead pirate, then simply kicked him off the narrow gangplank into the hurricane thrashed seas. The other pirates seem to have lost some confidence and retreat down towards the pier and dock area.

Justine licked her lips, the iron tang of the pirate’s blood barely registering as she cut his comrade down to size and eliminated him from this plane of the living. She wiped her face with the back of her hand, merely smearing the gore more on her pale skin, and moved forward toward his fleeing companions.
And she laughed.
