"LAND," she called down, to whoever was relaying the information to the captain. "And a flying ship," she said to herself, searching for the real ship through the lookout's spyglass.

Well, he was trying. Ceutinde returned a conspiratorial wink before she jerked her head up at Kjell's shout, thankful for the distraction.

"But, like, ways to go, still," she called as an afterthought.

With her new vantage point Kjell sees the distant vessel is considerably larger than the Odyssey, more like a traditional warship. It’s also, as the minutes pass by, noticeably slower.

"Huzzah!" Nigel called back at Kjell's news, clapping his hands together. "This is what we're here for boys and girls. Gather your provisions, sharpen your blades, pray to your gods, and prepare for glory!"

"SHIP'S A WARSHIP," she yelled down as more information was revealed to her through the spyglass. She kept her eyes on it, but also checked the sky every once in a while for that flying ship. She'd been getting enough sleep lately to not have hallucinations in broad daylight.

She continues watching, and she sees something in the clouds twice more over the next hour but even she can’t pick out specifically what it is.

Konrad tightened his sword belt and came up along side Justine, “how far out are we now?” He asked, scanning the distance, “can’t be too long now.”

Justine smiled as Konrad joined her and Thalia. "I'm not sure how far now. I think she said something about a flying ship though." She scanned the clouds ahead of them and saw nothing. "Ever seen one of those before?"

"Ever seen one of those before?" “I’ll confess that’s a new one on me,” he said, “although perhaps we should take issue with our employer that we weren’t provided with an airship of our own. Not that the accommodations have been disappointing so far,” He grinned slightly.

"I've never been in an airship. I didn't even think they were real." She seemed simultaneously more at ease and more distracted with Konrad there. She impulsively took his hand and twined her fingers in his. "I think there are still a ways to go...oh, the scale...did you want to go inspect it? I think Silvia had it." She looked toward the hold, then back, cheeks a little pink. "Maybe we should give her a moment first."

Thalia saw the man approach and noticed Justine’s reaction, how were they meant to concentrate on what was going on with everyone more interested in sex and coupling off, she had thought it was just Thornheart who was so inclined but she’d had no idea she was voyaging on the worlds least comfortable pleasure barge. She missed Lisandre. The sooner this was all over the better.
“I’ll give you guys some privacy” she said magnanimously and headed off to the side of the ship to observe what was happening,

As Thalia crossed the deck to look at the beautiful and endless water (there wasn’t a ton of scenery), the young navigator Zavier was peering intently at his bauble, which had started gently humming. He seemed somewhat entranced by it, like he was having a conversation only he could hear.

Ceutinde asked, smirking at the adorable hand-holding. "Let them enjoy themselves before the alarm gets raised."

“Is it bearing down on us, or merely heading in the same direction?” Konrad asked, “I’d rather fight them on land then sea, I think, if have the choice.”
