I claimed the green one, and offered the blue one.

You sure you don't want the blue one? Seems like the elemental one would suit Thalia better.

Yeah, the ft it’s one element kinda limitless use for it.

I think it means only the extra mana can be used on water spells, not that you can ONLY cast water spells while you have it.

Kind of violating the spirit of the items going to the person best suited for them then. You know, the system you suggested. Ceutinde has no water spells so zero use for the water staff, whereas Thalia does. The darkwood staff is equally useful to you both.

The same reason I want it because it’s more useful to me than the blue one,

...the blue one is of zero use to Ceutinde though. It gives mana for water spells, which she doesn’t have and you do. This is the kind of selfishness I was hoping to avoid. The staffs are of almost equal use to you, while one of them is dogshit for Erik. And your solution is to give him the useless one for his character so you can have a sliver more optimization?

Fine, I don’t care. Let Erik have the staff, I’ll take a knock off one, and not get anything else either. Nice that Erik can fight his own battles without you getting involved,

If Erik gets the green staff, can I have the snow globes?

I still think we should split the money between those of us who are active, at least most of it. I'd say give us 100 GP each and the rest can go to Jon and/or Stranger if they return.

I don't think we should distribute those until we know what they do.

They could be nothing they could be useful. Same as all things.

Assuming they're of use to you and don't do something crazy like destroy the world or give +20 experience, I don't have an issue with you keeping one of them after. But considering they're the only things we didn't get info on, can't get info on them until we're at Bastion, and they were considered as valuable as dragon eggs, I think it's wise to find out what they do first. I think the odds of them not being incredibly useful are slim.

I mean yeah, but everyone else gets their pick of stuff, if I don’t get he staff I want I should get my next pick, since everyone else did. There were plenty of things in there.
