Ceutinde arrived at the library after a short carriage ride from the HoP&RfOH. She sought out a librarian's assistance for any and all books on magical illnesses and curses that might be on hand, and proceeded to dive into the research for anything that sounded like what those poor villagers were suffering from.

She cannot find anything that specifically matches her patient’s symptoms, but she does read a bit about an old island’s fishing port that suffered a similar calamity thirty or forty years prior. The disease that befell them isn’t fleshed out well, but by the time the Royal magicians had gone to investigate there was no trace of the residents.

Ceutinde returned the books and took her carriage back to the HoP&RfOH. The potential prior outbreak in another fishing village was interesting, but it seemed as though they would need to do a little investigating at the scene of the crime, as it were.
