"I believe she will, Mistress Searshe. I hope that I am able to nurture and care for her adequately enough to not disappoint you." Tehol says scratching Cyntheria where he assumed her chin was.

“She doesn’t require much,” Searshe said. “Just an occasional spot of honey or fruit. The sun gives her much of her strength so don’t go underground for more than two days or so or she’ll die.” Cyntheria zipped down his arm and hopped onto the ground, wings folded up impossibly tightly. She less only six inches or so tall with her wings folded and on the ground her colors changed to match whatever background she was on.

"I can certainly manage that." Tehol claims scrittching the dragon some more. "Honey and sunlight. Makes sense for something as sweet seeming as her."

“Exactly,” Searshe said. “Take care of my little Cyntheria.” She looked about. “Is there anything else I can help with?” She asked.

“As a matter of fact, I believe that there might be something else.” Tehol says hesitantly, “During the trip I had been talking to Zavier, about becoming a Disciple of one as magnificent and powerful as yourself. I was wondering if you would take me under your tutelage, or could point me in the direction of one looking for a disciple?”

The dragon tapped her chin and regarded him a moment. Then she bit into her own finger and wiped the resulting blood onto his throat. It burned for a moment but then he felt it seeping into his own veins. “There is work to be done then,” she said. “A lot of work.”

Tehol touches the spot of blood on his neck hesitantly as he fidgets from the burning sensation, “What sort of work needs to be done?”

The dragon waved a hand and an image of the peninsula appeared. “There’s a former dragon in the Mists. Your kind knows him as Dominius. He corrupted hundreds of smaller dragonkin in the days past. I intend on creating a weapon to destroy him. For that we are going to need samples from the unfortunates he has experimented on. A lot of samples,” she emphasized.

"I am all to experienced with the armies of Dominus that patrol the mountains, What sort of samples would need to be collected from them? And would the experiments need to be captures alive for the samples to be extracted." Tehol says curiously.

“No,” the dragon said. “Corpses will be just as well. Take this bag and put different organs you find in it, it will preserve them for study.” She looked to the sky. “His day is coming.”

Tehol bows to the dragon formally, "I will do as you ask, how will I know when there has been enough organs collected?" He asks while taking the bag and looking inside to see how big it was.

She shrugged. “Even I don’t know how much I’ll need so just fill the bag and we will see how much can be done.”

"Understood. If that is the first task set before me then I will try my best to get it done." Tehol says jovially.

///////// Thalia arrived before departing to see the dragon, with multiple purposes. But waited to see if she was in first.

The old woman who watches the shop blinked twice at Thalia as she entered. “Ain’t seen this one around,” she said apparently to herself. “What’s yer business today miss?”
