“Which direction is it?” She asked, nodding showing she’d do just that, “has there been anything odd going on at the academy recently?” she asked, trying to use this to gather information regarding the assassin she’d heard about.

“Just to the East about four miles. Can’t miss it...literally,” she said. “The Inquisitors are trying to find a killer,@ she admitted, “but they’ve been quiet about it. Rumors are about all we have. I heard he’s hit the Augmenters the hardest but I don’t know any of them well and they live on the edge of our area.”

“Bodyguards, traveling in groups, the usual.” She leaned in. “Look, I’m not here to fearmonger,” she continued, “but I’ve heard rumors that this assassin is completely immune to magic, no matter how strong.” She shook her head.

“I don’t know,” she admitted. “I’m just staying around the tower until they catch the bastard. I’m not battle magician,” she cheerfully admitted. “If you are interested I imagine Alex Kaleiros can help you out. He’s the lead investigator. He stays over by the library south of here a bit.”
