Master Class (Financier): Kingmaker (40 points)
Prerequisites: 80 in finance, 80 in at least one persuasion skill, minimum worth of 10,000 gold
Being Rich is a Superpower: Kingmakers can add half their finance score to their persuasion rolls so long as target is capable of being motivated by financial gain
The Debt Will be Paid: Kingmakers have access to a special set of assassins called Oathkeepers. If anyone breaks a contract they make with a Kingmaker they'd best be ready.
Who needs an Admin?: Kingmakers may grant experience points to other characters by giving them quests. Acceptance of a quest activates a contract with the Oathkeepers. Amount of experienced authorized per quest is by admin approval
Master of Items: Relics, Artifacts and Legendary Items require only one quarter the usual experience investment to bind.
Economy of Me: Finance skill becomes uncapped, persuasion caps at 100
