Herneiros makes a mental note of the stone before looking around for other people to shoot in the face, if any.

Herneiros sees no one else, just a bunch of corpses strewn about the battlefield. The way to the bridge is open.

“He’s stealthy, and good with backup. Wouldn’t want to send him in alone, he’d get barbecued.” Kjell nodded. "Alright. Then let's go," she said, readied her gun and stepped into the cave very quietly, keeping her eyes open for any movement and traps. (50 Stealth, 40 Observation)

Juliette got up and stretched luxuriously and then began heading back to the line of gunners and the cannoneer. “Alright, alright, you’ll be just fine, sweet sister. As if I’d ever let anything happen to you,” She said, apparently to no one in particular, as she walked, opening the potion and draining it. She threw the glass bottle aside uncaringly as she sheathed Justine’s weapons.
When she reached the others she looked between them with interest, one hand on her hip. “Well that’s over with. Good fun, wasn’t it?”

Ceutinde dropped to her knees, panting. "It's done? It's done." She peered around the battlefield. "Wait. Who are we missing? Kjell? Zavier? Did they run off?"

Tehol follows closely behind. He does send Korabas out ahead but within easy distance to aid the hydra.

Kjell slipped quietly through the stony tunnel, double barrel resting on her left forearm for quick firing. They go around the corner and she sees a few torches providing light around another corner about fifty more feet away. Between her and the turn she sees no evidence of any traps or even ridges on the walls; they are nearly perfectly smooth and clearly artificial.

Acknowledging all that, she crept forward to peek behind the next corner.

She makes it to the next corner and she sees the tunnel expand into a sort of chamber with half a dozen black stone sarcophagi standing up against the smooth walls. It narrows again after the coffins but she sees two blue flames at the end of the chamber that are clearly magical in nature as they are suspended in midair with no apparent fuel source. She has yet to hear a sound.

Kjell pulled back, cringing, and attempted to pass on the layout of the next room to Tehol in subpar pantomime.

Tehol sends Korabas inside the room to get a better look at the far side, he tells the hydra to keep to the shadows on the perimeter of the room and keeps a mental awareness of him focused.

Herneiros inspects the stone then, recalling the other Mist artifacts from the village. It doesn’t seem to have any exceptional properties. It faintly gleams of magic but otherwise it seems to be an odd of something kind of metal he’s unfamiliar with.

Did they run off?" “Haven’t seen them.” Juliette sucked her bleeding finger. That wound hadn’t closed. “Are we going soon? I’m sure there’s other things to kill if we press on.” She looked back over her shoulder and called to Herneiros. “How you enjoying that Little Rock, big boy?”

Tehol sends Korabas inside the room to get a better look at the far side, he tells the hydra to keep to the shadows on the perimeter of the room and keeps a mental awareness of him focused. Korabas sneaks through the chamber and heads to the far side. The narrow room beyond has a small altar with two bronze candles that are lit on it but the flame is purple as opposed to orange or yellow. A black dagger is stabbed between the stones of the altar so its leather handled grip sticks straight up. He can smell the woman and another person somewhere inside but he’d have to enter to see them.
