After a moment she called up "Damien! Damien! I need your help."

Damien stopped what he was doing and called out. “Is something wrong Sylvia?” He started walking toward and said. “So song bird of the Empire what have you gotten yourself into?”

"I fought a creature made of stone," she said. "Destroyed it too." She couldn't stop the pride creeping into her voice. Her voice was shaky though, because of the pain, "It hurt my arm though, I think it might be broken. I need you to help me out of this blasted trapdoor. Please. I might do more damage if I try to climb out alone."

Damien nodded for a moment, and then reached down to offer her his arm. "Here you go." He gave Silvia a warm smile."What was the creature guarding? Something valuable no doubt."

"I've no idea. If it was guarding something, I never saw it. This blasted room doesn't lead anywhere."
She grabbed hold of his arm and attempted to pull herself up with her undamaged arm.

Silvia easily gets up even though her arm hurts and the pair hear two more voices talking from where everyone else had left minutes before. “They really did a number down there,” a female voice said. “Like god damn I can’t believe that Lisandrian opened that door.”
Whatever the male voice replied to it was too quiet for either of them to hear.

Silvia put a finger on her lips indicating that they should be very quiet. "Don't know who that is," she whispered. "What now? Want to find out more?"

Damien shook his head as she told him to be quiet and then immediately spoke. He placed a finger over her mouth and shook his head. Then blended perfectly with the shadows to sneak toward the voices. He kept low and quiet, unlike some bards he knew.

Silvia was in too much pain to make any kind of sarcastic gesture in response. She held back a little then followed the thief, well aware that her fighting ability had been compromised.

Damien sees the female wizard from earlier talking to a taller man in a grey cloak. They head over to a wall and she raised a hand and cast a spell and the walls crumble into dust like they had aged millennia more. There’s a red light shining from the hole that had been opened.

Damien tried to move as close as possible within the comforting cloak of the shadows. He would just watch and wait as still as the night. He tried to see what the red light was.

Silvia continued to hang back on account of her injuries but she did creep slowly forward after Damien, to make sure she never lost sight of him.

Damien sneaks back and watched as they stepped into the uncovered chamber. The red light is coming from the left of the opening and the two wizards step in and walk towards it. They hear some clanking sounds like they’re chiseling something. The man cursed as he apparently struck a finger with his tool. The pair feel the temperature beginning to rise as they continue their work.

Damien once again decides to press his luck. He motions for Silvia to stay behind and then he moves forward. He doesn't know exactly what these two wizards are stealing from this ancient temple, but what he does know, is that it is really his. He would creep dangerously close trying to steal whatever they are planning to steal. A large, toothless smile creases his lips as he moves. This would make a good story.

Silvia crouched in her position and waited for Damien to do his thing. She was actually quite glad of the respite. Her injured arm hurt very much, and she knew she had to conserve her strength.
